Terms and conditions

Daily Rates:

• Note that Daily Rates are based on a minimum 3 night stay and are subject to change.
• Rates do not include Maui taxes and a cleaning fee.
• A cleaning fee for a Studio unit is $175.00, and the cleaning fee for a 1 or 2 Bedroom and Penthouse unit is $200.00. 
• No stays less than 3 nights allowed.
• Others rules and conditions apply. See terms below.
  

Calendar Period Rates are:

• Winter Season:  January - April
• Shouldeer-Season:   May - June & November - December 
• Summer Season:  July - October

Special Discounts: 

• 10% Discount for 10 Nights or more, not available in Winter Season.
• Discount for 21 Nights or more stay is 15% all year  .
• 21 Night discount can not be combined with any other discount.
• Kama'aina* 15% Discount 
  Kama'aina includes Hawaii residents with State ID and rental program owner's family and friends (No ID required) If the Owner has notified Manager via an email before the booking. 

Deposits, Cancellations, & Other Information 

• Deposit of $1000 due at time of booking. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  Most major credit cards are accepted. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and charged to your credit card on file.
• Cancellations or significant changes:
  • Between booking and 180 days prior to arrival: 1 night stay is charged
  • Between 179 days and 60 days prior to arrival: Full deposit is charged
  • Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of reservation is charged
  • 29 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of reservation is charged. 
• Other Information:
  • All charges are subject to taxes.
  • Check-in is 3PM. Check out is 11AM.
  • Requests for specific units are subject to booking needs & changes in availability and are therefore subject to change at any time.
