Seasonal Daily Rates
Note that Daily Rates are based on a minimum 5 night stay and are subject to change. Rates do not
include Maui taxes and a $35 reservation fee. Stays of 3 & 4 nights will have a cleaning fee added. No
stays less than 3 nights allowed. Others rules and conditions apply. See terms below.

Low Season: May 1 - October 31
Mid Season: Nov 1 - Dec 14 & April 1-30
High Season: December 15 - March 31

10% discount for 10 nights or more during low & mid season only

Special Charges:
- $80 Cleaning fee for less than 5 nights
- Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy noted in chart above. Charge is $15 per extra

| Deposits, Cancellations, & Other Information |

Low/mid season: $400 to 14 nights and $800 over 14 nights
High season: $600 to 14 nights and $1,200 over 14 nights.
Deposit can be paid by check or credit card. Most major credit cards accepted. Check must be received within 10
days of booking. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations or significant changes: 60 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is forfeited. 61 days or more one
night's rental will be deducted from the deposit before balance is refunded. Significant change is solely defined by
manager & subject to cancellation fee.
Other Information: All charges are subject to taxes. Check-in is 3PM. Check-out is 11AM. Requests for specific
units are subject to booking needs & changes in availability and are therefore subject to change at anytime.
