Deposit Requirements

-Low & Mid season: $300 to 14 nights / $600 over

-High season: $500 to 14 nights / $1,000 over

-Deposits accepted by credit card or check. Checks must be received within 10 days of booking

-Balance due upon arrival

Cancellations
or significant changes

60 days or less prior to arrival: deposit forfeited.
61 Days or more: $50 fee, balance refunded.
Significant change is solely defined by manager & subject to $50 fee
